Do understand the agenda can be quite dynamic and is subject to change. At the beginning of each meeting the Chair will ask for a motion to amend and/or approve the meeting agenda.

Historical Meeting Minutes
The Sharon Township minutes for the period of 1944 to the present were scanned as Optical Character Recognition (OCR)-enabled Portable Document Format (PDFs). Thus one can use the PDF search facility to search for key words in an entire year.
The minutes for the years 1910 to 1937 are hand-written. There are no minutes for the years 1938 through 1943 and one assumes the records were lost or destroyed.

Sharon Township is one of the few townships that has its Board of Trustees minutes going back so far in history.
